Notes: 1) The results of the 1999 APIS Provincial Ranking is not comparable with the
1998 APIS Provincial Ranking for Selected Poverty Indicators of the Bottom 40%.
        2) The provinces are arranged based on the percentage of families meeting a
particular MBN indicator or poverty correlate from highest to lowest. The
province with the highest percentage of families meeting the MBN or were
covered by the poverty correlate is ranked 77 and the province with the lowest
percentage of families meeting the MBN or were covered by the poverty correlate
            is ranked 1.
        3) Percent of families with working children is an indicator of ENABLING NEEDS.
