Notes: 1) The results of the 1999 APIS Provincial Ranking is not comparable with
the 1998 APIS Provincial Ranking for Selected Poverty Indicators
of the Bottom 40%.
2) The overall rank of the province is based on the unweighted mean of the
national ranking of the indicators of the province. To get the overall
rank, the unweighted mean of the ranks by province were arranged from
lowest to highest. The provinces in this order were then assigned ranks
starting from 1 until 77.
