All contestants and their coaches MUST REGISTER with the PSQ regional organization using the prescribed procedures and application form on or before the given regional deadline.

The contestants should submit the following documents before the contest:

• PSQ Information Sheet with 2 copies of 1x1 b&w photo;
• Certification of enrollment as a college entrant in the first semester of school year 2000-2001; and
• Proof of enrollment for the second semester of SY 2000-2001.

The PSQ regional organization will inform all qualified applicants of the date, time and place of the regional elimination.

On the Actual Contest Date

All qualified/official contestants and their coaches must register prior to the official start of the contest program. Only those coaches who are properly registered will be allowed to make clarifications or raise questions during the contest proper.

Contestants and coaches will be issued official identification numbers for reference purposes.
