Procurement and Delivery of Supplies for the
Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA)
- The NATIONAL STATISTICS OFFICE (NSO) VII, through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2012 (RA 10155), intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (Php 3,971,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the hereunder project, as follows:

- Bidders shall have the option of submitting a proposal on any lot or all lots. If the Bidder opts to bid for the two lots, only one Eligibility Requirements shall be submitted. Evaluation and award of contract will be undertaken on per lot basis; however, for bidder that bids to more than one (1) lot and determined to have the lowest bid per lot shall be awarded with only one (1) contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
- Bidders should have completed, within the last three years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC per lot. The description of an Eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
- Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to all interested Bidders subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.

Cuenco Ave., Brgy. Tinago, Cebu City, starting July 26, 2012 anytime from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Bidding Documents may also be downloaded free of charge at PhilGEPS. Only those Bidders who shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents can participate in the bidding.
- The NSO reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
