Provincial Offices

  1. Conducts census/survey operations in the province.
  2. Collects and processes administrative- based documents.
  3. Processes census/survey returns.
  4. Prepares special releases on  statistical data.
  5. Prepares news releases to tri-media.
  6. Formulates strategies for the efficient conduct of statistical   activities in the province.
  7. Participates in inter-agency technical working group (TWG) activities.
  8. Conducts 3rd level trainings for censuses and surveys.
  9. Reviews and compiles barangay maps sketched/updated during census/survey operations.
  10. Coordinates with LCROs/LGU on civil registration  matters/activities.
  11. Through the Census Serbilis Center, issues civil registry documents in security paper, authenticates LCRO – issued documents, endorses OCRG copies of LCRO – issued documents and issues CEMAR and CENOMAR 1/   
  12. Reviews applications of Solemnizing Officers for CRASM.   
  13. Assists in the conduct of civil registration–related trainings/seminars in the province.   
  14. Provides technical support to LCROs on CRIS, BREQS and civil registration-related activities in the province.  
  15. Conducts information campaign on civil registration.  
  16. Processes financial claims filed in the provincial office.    
  17. Prepares periodic financial reports required of provincial offices.   
  18. Prepares regular and special reports on statistical, civil registration and administrative activities undertaken.   
  19. Organizes provincial planning workshops and other planning activities for its personnel.     
  20. Performs other related  functions that may be assigned by the ORD from time to time.
