Regional Offices

  1. Supervises and coordinates the conduct of census/survey operations and other statistical activities in the region.
  2. Monitors the collection, processing and submission of administrative – based documents.
  3. Monitors the regional and provincial processing of survey returns.
  4. Reviews special releases on statistical data.
  5. Reviews news releases to tri-media.
  6. Supervises the operation of the Census Serbilis Center in the Regional office.
  7. Issues in the name of the Civil Registrar General the CRASM to Solemnizing Officers in the region.
  8. Coordinates the conduct of civil registration activities in the region.
  9. Reviews and submits regular and special reports on statistical, civil registration and administrative activities.
  10. Formulates policies, guidelines and strategies for the efficient conduct of statistical, civil registration and administrative activities of field offices.
  11. Monitors and evaluates the performance of provincial office.
  12. Monitors implementation of work plans of RO divisions and provincial offices.
  13. Reviews and approves procurement of office equipment and office supplies.
  14. Approves for the Administrator service and lease contracts.
  15. Represents the NSO in inter-agency meetings, conferences, fora and the like.
  16. Conducts annual PSQ regional elimination.
  17. Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the Office of the Administrator from time to time.
