NCR II

NCR District II is one of the field offices of the Philippines National Statistics Office, National Capital Region (PNSO NCR). It covers the whole of Quezon City, this office is responsible for the conduct of the different surveys and censuses undertaken by the NSO. It also coordinates with the local civil registrars office of Quezon City in connection with Civil Registration Activities.

NCR District II being the statistical arm of the government in Quezon City is also responsible for the following:   

    • Provides statistical data, indicators and other socio-economic characteristics of Quezon City

    • Provides technical support to LGUs, NGOs, and the general public

    • Promotes and disseminates NSO outputs and activities 

    • Coordinates the implementation of civil registry law within the district including field processing (review and coding) of civil registry documents at the Quezon City Civil Registrar's Office

 

Office Profile

Quezon City has the distinction and considered as one province.  Hence, the field office of NCR II is headed by a Provincial Statistics Officer (PSO) in the person of MR. DANILO R. CUBINAR.  PSO Cubinar is supported by 34 personnel comprising the organization of this office.

NCR District II is one of the six district under the National Statistics Office National Capital Region.
