Only 12% of the population are residing in this district comprising of thirty seven (37) barangays.  This is the least populated district where most of the large establishments (Cubao Area) and posh villages/subdivisions such as White Plains, Corinthian Gardens etc... can be found.  Also, the smallest barangay in terms of population can be found in this district - Brgy. Mangga with a population count of 494 (113 Households).
