Customer Satisfaction Survey - March 2006

The number of clients who were either satisfied or very satisfied with NSO?s civil registry services in March 2006 decreased by 18.6 percentage points to 60.2 percent from 78.8 percent in December 2005. This is the first Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) period that registered a decrease since June 2005, and the biggest decline between two consecutive survey periods. This rating was lower than a year ago in March 2005 with 64 percent.

he number of clients who were either satisfied or very satisfied with NSO's civil registry services in December 2005 increased to 78.8 percent from 68 percent in September 2005. This was the second consecutive Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) period that registered an increasing satisfaction rating from a continued decline from 80 percent in September 2004 to 60 percent in June 2005. The 10 percentage points increase for the period was the highest since March 2004. In December 2004, satisfaction was reported at 75 percent.

Customer Satisfaction Survey - March 2009

In March 2009, three out of five NSO clients or 59.6 percent are satisfied with the service provided to them. This figure was lower by 7.3 percentage points from 66.9 percent mark in December 2008. Satisfaction rating in the same month a year ago was at 58.0 percent. Satisfaction rating refers to the percentage of clients surveyed during the period who were either satisfied or very satisfied with NSO's civil registry services.

Customer Satisfaction Survey - June 2010

In June 2010, the number of satisfied NSO clients showed an increase of about 2.7 percentage points to 72.1 percent from 69.4 in March 2010. Moreover, Satisfaction ratings in September and December of 2009 were registered at 69.1 percent and 76.6 percent, respectively. Satisfaction rating refers to the percentage of clients surveyed during the period who were either satisfied or very satisfied with NSO's civil registry services.

Customer Satisfaction Survey - September 2005

The number of clients who were either satisfied or very satisfied with NSO's civil registry services in September 2005 increased to 68 percent from 59.6 percent in June 2005. It was the first increase in satisfaction rating since a year ago in September 2004 when it was reported at 79.9 percent. Satisfaction rating decreased in the last three rounds of the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) by as much as 20 percentage points.
